We’re looking to add a creative, curious, and motivated Chef de Partie to our team!

WHAT YOU’LL GET TO DO

  • Ensure consistency in food preparation for a la carte and event menus.
  • Enhance the menu offerings through creative menu development.
  • Oversee your food preparation station.
  • Prepare delectable dishes alongside the team.
  • Support the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in planning and directing food preparation.
  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety.
  • Collaborate with other departments to create an unforgettable Guest experience.
  • Use your voice; we embrace new ideas.
  • WHAT YOU BRING

  • 3 years of culinary experience;
    Red Seal is an asset.
  • Knowledge of food & beverage industry best practices.
  • Humble with a willingness to learn
    .
  • Exceptional communication
    , organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think fast and react quicky with a calm mind.
