Location:

Osoyoos, BC V0H 1V0 – On site

Salary: $17.85 to $19.00 per hour (to be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week

Seasonal full‑time;
Flexible hours – Morning, Evening, Weekend, On call

Start date:

As soon as possible

• Must be of legal age to mix and serve alcoholic beverages
• Describe menu items including daily specials for customers
• Advise on menu selections
• Balance cash and record sales
• Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
• Greet patrons, present menus, make recommendations and answer questions regarding food and beverages
• Serve food and beverages
• Take orders and relay to kitchen and bar staff
• Assist clients/guests with special needs
• Provide customer service

• Education:
  
  Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
• Experience:
  
  1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
• Computer:
  Point of sale system knowledge
• Physical:
  Standing for extended periods, fast‑paced environment, weight handling up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
• Personal suitability:
  Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, excellent oral communication, flexibility, initiative, organized, reliability, team player
• Certificates/licences:
  Serving It Right Certificate
