Job Overview
Euro Technicians – you’re the one who keeps the shop from falling apart, the person everyone leans on when things get complicated, and the technician who knows what they’re doing. You don’t complain, you just handle it – but over time the messy workflow, inconsistent hours, and uneven workload wear on you. This isn’t a shop where you wait for a decent week or deal with whatever gets thrown are a structured, high‑performance Euro shop where strong techs finally get to operate the way they’re supposed to – steady work, fair dispatching, systems that actually make sense, and a team that doesn’t need to be carried.
Compensationand Benefits
- $90K–$140K+ per year (depending on experience, skill level, and production)
- Fair dispatching – no “pet techs” getting fed gravy work
- No weekends (Monday–Friday, 8–5)
- 6 paid holidays per year
