Offering competitive pay rates for these positions (based upon experience and skill).

• Monday - Friday 6am - 10am

• Complete work within budgeted time (4 hours)
• Cleaning common spaces and restrooms
• Cleaning of floors using vacuum and mop

• Attendance is essential
• 1 year experience cleaning commercial buildings
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to pass a federal background check
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to adhere to safety standards
• Timekeeping (punching in and out of work using a phone-based system)
