What You’ll DoAs a Maintenance Technician, you’ll play a key role in creating top‑tier living experiences for residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting property turnovers
- Responding to service calls
- Troubleshooting and resolving maintenance issues
- Performing routine property inspections
- Collaborating with the property management team
- Ensuring common areas and building systems are in excellent working order
