RDO Equipment Co. in Kennewick belongs to our Northwest Agriculture division which is made up of 10 stores across Washington and Oregon. The team members in Kennewick support farmers in this area as they plant, tend and harvest the crops that feed the nation. This is a forward-looking customer base that defaults toward innovation. • Own yard operations
  : by organizing, tracking, and managing all equipment as it enters, moves through, and exits the yard.
• Inspect, clean, and detail equipment
  : to ensure it’s fully prepped and ready for delivery, rental, or demo.
• Support equipment flow
  : by moving, staging, and coordinating machinery between the yard and shop.
• Partner with the service team
  : to keep operations running smoothly and ensure timely, accurate job completion.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional environment
  : while delivering strong customer service and representing RDO with pride.
