Entry-Level PDR Technician – Paid Training

Overview

Dent Wizard is a leading provider of automotive reconditioning and vehicle protection products. We are seeking a Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Technician to repair minor dents and dings on a variety of vehicles for our customers.

• Travel to customer locations or work at an assigned site to repair minor dents and dings using Dent Wizard’s proprietary PDR process.
• Review completed work with customers, walk lots, write work orders, and negotiate approvals.
• Build strong customer relationships and promote Dent Wizard’s services.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to interact with clients and build relationships.
• Self‑motivation and the ability to work independently.
• Toughness and grit to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Manual dexterity for repetitive‑motion tasks.
• Physical stamina to kneel, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

• No experience necessary – comprehensive, paid training (8 weeks of hands‑on and classroom instruction with travel and lodging included).
