The Floor Tech position provides the cleaning and maintaining carpets and hard surface floors clean.
Essential Functions:- Floor person is responsible for cleaning and maintaining carpet and hard surface floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.
- Responsible for using safety measures in work areas.
- Duties also include assisting the Building/Account Lead with special projects including but not limited to, setups, breakdowns, move in/ move outs).
- Floor Tech must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.
Pay rate is $17.50 to $18.50 per hour depending on shift and position.
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’sexperience, skills, abilities, geographic location,and alignment with market data.
Shifts are:- DAY
: 6:30AM-5PM - NIGHT
: 6:30PM-5AM
