Overview
Janitorial position available.
Hours:
6:00 am - 6:00 pm rotating shifts. Compensation: $16.00/hr.
HM solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented janitorial professional to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring that our facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing high-quality cleaning services across various environments.
Responsibilities- Understand duties, machines, and equipment necessary to complete tasks.
- Sweep, mop, dust, pull trash (containers can weigh 60 pounds or more), fill soap, lotion, paper towel, and toilet paper dispensers.
- Produce quality work within pre-set time frames.
- Show initiative regarding job functions and accept new responsibilities as needed.
- Help and collaborate with others when needed.
- Use personal protective equipment correctly, such as safety glasses and vinyl gloves.
- Health, Dental, and Vision after 60 days
- 401(k) after 90 days
- Full-time employees receive 1 week of paid vacation after 1 full year of service
- Sick time accrued each pay period
