Janitor; Part-time

Our client is seeking a Part-Time Janitor (1st Shift) to support daily cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility. This role is ideal for a dependable, self-motivated individual who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

The Janitor is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation across warehouse, restroom, and office areas within a manufacturing setting. This position ensures all assigned areas meet company cleanliness, safety, and PPE standards while working independently with minimal supervision.

• Clean and sanitize warehouse floors, including sweeping, mopping, and debris removal.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock employee and office restrooms.
• Maintain cleanliness of office areas, including floors, breakrooms, common areas, and approved desk areas.
• Empty trash and recycling containers and properly dispose of waste.
• Clean and maintain entrances, hallways, and walkways.
• Safely use cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment in accordance with company procedures.
• Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or supply shortages to supervision.
• Follow all company safety policies and PPE requirements within a manufacturing environment.

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or industrial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, standing, and walking for extended periods.
• Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and safety procedures.

• Manufacturing and warehouse environment involving rubber compounds, and industrial materials.
• Exposure to noise, dust, and cleaning chemicals.
• Use of required PPE at all times.

1st Shift (Day Shift) —
Part Time

• Supportive manufacturing environment with a strong focus on safety and cleanliness.
• Independent role with clear responsibilities and expectations.
