Maintenance Technician | $19.00/hr | Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4 pm with rotating weekends on call

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pmwith rotating weekends on call

Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Maintenance Technician to join their team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing various repair and maintenance tasks to ensure that residential and commercial properties are kept in top condition.

• Change electrical covers
• Caulk sinks and tubs
• Adjust doors to ensure proper closure
• Hang blinds
• Test appliances to verify proper operation
• Remove carpeting

• Strong communication skills
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read and follow directions

The base salary range for this position is $19.00/hr, excluding benefits, bonuses, or other compensation. Your final salary will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and internal pay equity. Please note, hiring at the top of the range is uncommon to allow room for future salary growth.
