Are you looking for a new and exciting opportunity with a growing company? We are looking for an experienced Porter to join the team at our community, Dockside Apartments located in Kent, WA!

• Enhance and maintain the cleanliness of all exterior areas of the property.
• Paint; clean apartments and common areas.
• Check and replace exterior lighting; remove litter, debris and pet droppings from the grounds.
• Remove abandoned furniture, trash and boxes; detail the property.
• Assist with various physical tasks as directed; assist with "make-ready" duties.
• Clean and maintain storage areas; distribute resident communications.
• Perform work area cleanup and safety-related duties, and more as directed.

• Must be able to lift heavy items.
• Must be reliable and have excellent transportation.
• Must have general maintenance skills.
• As a condition of employment, all employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings being made during the performance of their work duties.

• $23.50-$24.50/hour DOE
• Monthly bonuses
