Perform sanitation of processing and packaging equipment in accordance with established procedures and food safety standards.;
Clean and sanitize freezers while in defrost mode;
Operate scissor lifts or stair rollers to clean elevated and hard-to-reach equipment and surfaces.;
Complete basic janitorial duties, including cleaning exterior areas, restrooms, and breakrooms.;
Document completed sanitation activities per site requirements and report sanitation or equipment concerns to the Sanitation Team Leader.
