Maintenance Supervisor

Uni First is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will plan and direct preventive and corrective maintenance for production equipment, building systems, and utilities to ensure safe, reliable plant operations. You'll schedule and prioritize work orders, manage spare parts and vendors, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and develop a small team of technicians, promote a strong safety culture, maintain maintenance records, and support continuous improvement and capital projects in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
