JOB DESCRIPTION

Maintenance Worker

Maintenance Supervisor

Contributes to student learning by efficiently maintaining all facilities and associated equipment in a safe and functional condition.

High school diploma or GED. Experience and/or certification in maintenance work preferred.

• Demonstrates prompt and regular attendance.
• Holds proper vehicle operator's license.
• Operates maintenance machinery and equipment without direct supervision.
• Performs carpentry, plumbing (water, sewer) and electrical work as assigned.
• Maintains proper care of tools and system equipment.
• Informs supervisor of potential problems or unusual events.
• Follows safety protocols.
• Works cooperatively with all stakeholders.
• Prepares required reports and maintains appropriate records.
• Participates in professional learning.
• Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
