Maintains a friendly, efficient, and positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients, and co-workers.;
Anticipates and responds to customer needs.;
Performs hard floor care procedures including stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing.;
Performs carpet and upholstery care including shampooing, damp cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming.;
Operates industrial floor care equipment as assigned and conducts maintenance/restorative work for floor surfaces.
