Warehouse environment
Responsibilities- Perform hardware swaps for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
- Complete routine software updates
, installations, and basic configurations - Conduct data wiping using provided tools and procedures
- Troubleshoot simple hardware and software issues and elevate when necessary
- Document work performed and track equipment changes
- Assist with organizing equipment and maintaining inventory
- Provide professional and courteous support to staff
- Follow all IT procedures, security guidelines, and best practices
- Comfortable using computers and learning hands‑on technical tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow step‑by‑step instructions
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
