Job DescriptionSummary
:
Keeps premises of commercial, retail, airport, hospitality, healthcare, convention centers/arenas or other institutional buildings in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.
- Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, trim.
- Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, rest rooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other work areas.
- Sweep, scrub, finish, and polish floors.
- Clean rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, draperies; dust furniture and equipment; polish metalwork.
- Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork; wash windows, door panels, sills.
- Empty wastebaskets and ashtrays.
- Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
Other duties may be assigned.
