Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Help manage the hotel’s vital systems – HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and more.
• Keep preventive maintenance on track so nothing breaks down at the worst possible moment.
• Assist in planning and scheduling maintenance projects.
• Conduct room inspections and catch small issues before they become big problems.
• Ensure the team has the tools and supplies they need to succeed.

• Mechanical know‑how: troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues.
• Maintenance smarts: solid understanding of engineering systems to respond quickly and prevent downtime.
• Great communicator: explain technical details to the team and other departments.
• Tech skills: comfort with computers for tracking maintenance and reporting.
• Experience:
  
  at least 1 year of engineering or maintenance work.
