Cleaning Technician

Clean and Dusted provides professional cleaning services for both residential and commercial properties in NKY and Cincinnati. Services include domestic household cleaning, office cleaning, end of tenancy cleaning, and spring cleaning. Clean and Dusted supports clients after renovation projects with dedicated after builders cleaning services. The team focuses on dependable service, detailed work, and high standards of cleanliness for every visit.

This is a full-time, on-site Cleaning Technician role. The Cleaning Technician will perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces in residential and commercial spaces. The role involves following detailed checklists, using cleaning products safely, and maintaining cleaning tools and machines in good working order. The Cleaning Technician will travel between client locations as assigned, communicate professionally with clients and team members, and ensure work is completed on time and to company quality standards.

• Proven experience with general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, surface disinfection, and restroom cleaning.
• Knowledge of carpet, rug, and upholstery cleaning techniques and safe use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow checklists and instructions accurately.
• Capacity to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and moving equipment safely.
• Reliable transportation to client sites in and around NKY and Cincinnati, and punctual, consistent attendance.
• Professional communication skills and a customer-focused attitude when working in clients’ homes and offices.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or based on client needs.
• Prior cleaning or facilities experience is an advantage but not required.
