24 is hiring skilled Maintenance Technicians for a high-volume food manufacturing facility in the Horse Cave area. We're partnering with a leading employer in the industry to bring on reliable team members who want long-term stability and opportunities to grow. This is a hands-on role supporting production lines with preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and equipment improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities   Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on plant machinery, conveyors, packaging equipment, and facility systems.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with operators and team leads on process improvements and efficiency projects.
Maintain a safe work environment and follow all company safety protocols.
Assist with general facility upkeep as needed.
Requirements   2+ years of industrial maintenance experience (food, manufacturing, or similar preferred).
Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read schematics/blueprints.
Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
Own basic hand tools (company supplies specialized equipment).
Ability to work in a production setting, including ladders, tight spaces, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Reliable transportation and commitment to the posted shift schedule.
High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification is a plus.
