As a Maintenance Associate at Sam’s Club, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, clean restrooms, and clean floors. You will be constantly on your feet and on the go, maintaining a positive attitude so that customers have a great experience from start to finish.

• Ensure a safe and clean environment for members and associates by performing maintenance tasks, responding to spills, operating floor scrubbers, and disposing of cardboard, plastic, and trash in accordance with the Company Environmental Sustainability Program.
• Maintain safety of the facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and reporting unsafe situations to management.
• Keep the facility clean by sweeping, mopping, and cleaning all areas such as floors, windows, restrooms, and trash receptacles while following company procedures and using approved chemicals and supplies.
• Maintain appropriate levels of company‑approved chemicals and supplies, ensuring proper storage and ordering replenishments when needed.
• Work on your feet for the entire shift in physically demanding environments, adapting quickly to change and keeping member satisfaction as your top priority.

The hourly wage range for this position is $16.00 to $24.00*
