- Perform general clean-up of all areas of the building as directed
- Adhere to detailed Site specific cleaning task list
- Ensure exam rooms/suites are maintained and fully equipped
- Manage upkeep of exterior areas, sidewalks, and garbage cans
- Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders
- Remove garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up
- Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests
- Troubleshoot and replace defective supply dispensers
- Troubleshoot issues with cleaning equipment as necessary
- Handle weekly supply inventory and ordering
- 2+ years janitorial experience preferred
- High school diploma/GED highly desired
- Ability to successfully complete industry technical and safety training courses
- Willingness to work early morning or late night shifts
- Ability to work well under minimal supervision
- Capacity to take direction
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary
Standing ( over 3/4), walking (over 3/4), using hands to finger, handle or feel (over 3/4), reach with hands and arms (over 3/4), climb and balance (over 2/3), stoop, kneel (over 2/3), talk or hear (under 3/4), taste or smell (under 1/3), Lift up to 10 pounds (3/4), Up to 25 pounds (under 1/2), Up to 50 pounds (under 1/4)
