Job Description

Hotel:
Sacramento Holiday Inn, 300 J Street Sacramento, CA 95814. Full time. Compensation Range: $26.70.

• Operate and maintain boilers and HVAC systems to keep the hotel cozy and comfortable.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure building systems function efficiently.
• Tackle work orders from guests and associates with a can‑do attitude and a trusty toolbox.
• Repair and maintain a variety of equipment, from pool filters to furniture.
• Support landscaping and groundskeeping efforts, including snow shoveling, leaf‑blowing, and other related tasks.

• 3+ years of HVAC or boiler experience.
• First Class Engineer’s License, or ability to obtain it within 90 days.
• Physically able to lift 50 lbs, squat, bend, and stand for long periods.
• Flexible to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
