Maintenance Technician

Pay: $23.00–$27.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Worldwide Foam is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to help keep our equipment and facility operating safely and efficiently. If you have experience troubleshooting mechanical systems, performing preventative maintenance, and enjoy solving problems in a manufacturing environment, we’d love to have you on our team.

• Perform preventive maintenance on machinery, equipment, and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs before they become major issues.
• Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
• Utilize diagnostic tools to identify and resolve equipment problems.
• Maintain the interior and exterior of the facility, including general upkeep.
• Assist with inventory of maintenance supplies and parts.
• Work closely with production and other departments to minimize downtime.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies while maintaining a safe work environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
• Experience with hydraulic, pneumatic, forklift, and scissor lift systems.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is preferred.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying indoor and outdoor conditions.

• $23.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience.
