Janitorial Worker in Glendale, KY

We are seeking a diligent and reliable individual to join our growing team as a Custodian at a prominent manufacturing site in Glendale, KY. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through consistent and high-quality cleaning services.

Responsibilities:

• Perform floor care tasks including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting.
• Execute surface care duties such as dusting, sanitizing, glass/mirror/window cleaning, and polishing metal and wood surfaces.
• Conduct waste removal by emptying trash and recycling bins and transporting waste to designated disposal areas.
• Carry out light maintenance tasks like replacing light bulbs and restocking supply cabinets or rooms.

Essential

Skills:

• Proven experience in cleaning and janitorial duties.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively with team members.

Work Environment:

This role requires wearing steel-toe shoes, black work pants, and a plain t-shirt. The position involves being on your feet and walking throughout the plant for the entire shift. Shifts are available from Sunday to Wednesday or Thursday to Sunday, with day and night options.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
