Stream side Parks in Dry Ridge, KY seeks a Maintenance Technician Lead for its Northern Kentucky RV Parks. The role supports park operations, performs varied maintenance tasks, and leads a small team. Work up to 30 hours a week with evenings, weekends, and on-call hours as needed.
You'll handle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and routine preventive maintenance, maintain records, and help manage safety and budgets. Prior RV park maintenance and a valid driver's license are preferred.
