Janitorial Worker - Starting ASAP

We are seeking dependable Janitorial Workers to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional manufacturing facility in Glendale, KY. This onsite role involves cleaning, waste removal, light maintenance, and providing excellent customer service while working in a large industrial environment.

• Clean floors, including vacuuming, mopping, and carpet spotting.
• Dust, sanitize, and clean windows, glass, mirrors, and other surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated areas.
• Perform light maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and restocking supplies.
• Walk throughout the facility and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
• Follow cleaning procedures, safety standards, and customer service expectations.
• Work independently and as part of a team to maintain facility cleanliness.

• Previous janitorial, custodial, or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to stand and walk for an entire shift.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a large manufacturing environment.
• Steel toe shoes required.

• Sunday–Wednesday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Thursday–Sunday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• Thursday–Sunday | 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Large manufacturing facility in Glendale, KY. Fast-paced, physically active role requiring extended walking and standing. Dress code includes steel toe shoes, black work pants, and a plain T-shirt or shirt with minimal writing. Training provided.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Glendale, KY.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
