Housekeeper Job Specification:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout our nursing home facility. This role involves performing a variety of cleaning duties to ensure a sanitary and comfortable environment for our residents and staff.
Housekeeper Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize resident rooms, common areas, offices, and other facility spaces
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust designated areas
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Replenish supplies such as soap, toilet paper, and paper towels
- Follow cleaning schedules and protocols to maintain high standards of cleanliness
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs needed to appropriate personnel
- Adhere to infection control and safety guidelines
- Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards residents, staff, and visitors
- Collaborate with other departments as needed to support overall facility operations
Housekeeper , Here’s What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma
- Previous experience in housekeeping or janitorial services preferred
