JOB PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES

• Ascertaining service problems and services by listening to customers description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, conducting inspections, taking test drives, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules.
• Performing proficient repairs on construction and agriculture equipment (skid steers, mowers, tractors, etc.).
• Performing PDI and PM inspections and repairs on equipment for the Sales and Service teams.
• Occasionally running breakdowns for customers as needed.
• Working with team members and customers in the resolution of disputes and opportunities.
• Protect organizations reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Promoting long-term customer satisfaction.
• Professional development through attendance at seminars, training courses, etc.
• Involvement in open houses, info-seminars, trade shows and other customer related programs.
• Work closely with other departments within the organization to resolve customer problems.
• Pickup / Deliver Customer equipment for service or sales.

• Assists team members with any necessary and essential task to ensure a fully functional organization.
• Provide excellent customer service, with a highly positive and friendly approach.
• Carry out all company Core Values and be available and ready to assist with any other appropriate job task.
• Other duties as assigned.
