Join the LACOSTA team as a General Cleaner with a focus on Floor Technician care , helping maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment throughout a busy manufacturing facility. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and is comfortable operating commercial floor care equipment.

Job Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40hrs/week (Full Time)

• 1st Shift: 3:00 AM - 11:30 AM

Pay Rate:

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning throughout manufacturing floors, offices, break rooms, stairwells, lobbies, elevators, locker rooms/showers, security areas, and other facility spaces.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors throughout the facility.
• Operate commercial floor machines safely and effectively.
• Strip, wax, buff, burnish, and polish hard floor surfaces.
• Perform routine and periodic floor restoration and maintenance.
• Clean restrooms, windows, and high-touch surfaces.
• Remove trash and sanitize assigned areas.
• Stock and organize supply rooms and cleaning materials.
• Maintain floor care equipment and supplies in good working condition.

Preferred

• TWIC Card
• If you do not have one, company can provide.
• Must have an original birth certificate and  obtain.

Requirements:

• Pass background check and drug screening
• Flexibility with schedules
• Must comply with all safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Physical requirements:
  
  walking, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting 40lbs independently.
• Must wear LACOSTA shirt, steel-toed shoes, gloves and long pants while working.
• Remove all jewelry and accessories.
