Job Details

This role is in support of Cencora s distribution services in the US operating through our Amerisource Bergen business.

Shift: Wednesday - Saturday 4-10 hour shifts | Shift time: 11:00am - 9:30pm

Pay Range: $34.00 - $37.50 depending on experience.

• Analyzes routine operational data to support issue resolution and improve workflow consistency.
• Implements incremental process adjustments that enhance efficiency, reduce rework, and improve service delivery.
• Coordinates task dependencies across teams to support smooth execution and timely completion of activities.
• Escalates atypical issues with clear context and recommended actions to support effective resolution.
• Performs assigned maintenance and operational activities to sustain equipment reliability and process continuity.

Bachelor s degree in industrial maintenance, mechanical engineering technology, electrical engineering technology, mechatronics, facilities management, or a related field, or equivalent experience required.

2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance, maintenance operations, industrial maintenance, building systems, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, or a related field required.

Certification in Certified Facility Manager (CFM), or equivalent certification preferred.
