Service Master Clean is looking to hire a Floor Technician. This is a full time role with a starting wage of $20 to $25/hr based on experience. You must have a clean drivers abstract and must have a Criminal Background Check. This role is primarily evening based after 4:30pm
Job Duties- Strip/Wax, Scrub/Wax Floors
- Burnishing, Spray Buffing
- Knowledge of Maintaining Flooring such as Ceramic, Vinyl, Laminate, Marmoleum, Granite, etc...
- Carpet Cleaning & Upholstery
- Use of Machines such as Roto, Auto Scrubber, Burnisher, Carpet Extractors
- As Needed Commercial Property Cleaning (Sweep, mop and wash floors, Dust furniture, Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen fixtures and appliances, Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures, Clean and disinfect elevators, Handle and report lost and found items, Provide basic information on facilities, Handle complaints, Pick up debris and empty trash containers, Wash windows, walls and ceilings)
