Property Maintenance Technician – $18/hr. + $500 Sign-On Bonus
Lebanon, KY/New Haven, KY area | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Winterwood, Inc. is hiring for the role of Property Maintenance Technician. The Property Maintenance Technician is responsible for day-to-day maintenance operations and physical appearance of the property(ies).

- Previous maintenance experience required;
apartment/property maintenance experience preferred - Working knowledge of general maintenance, including carpentry, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and basic HVAC systems
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and climb ladders
- Ability to respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check
- Complete maintenance work orders promptly and efficiently
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including repairs, painting, cleaning, and other make‑ready work
- Perform general repairs involving plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and building systems
- Inspect and maintain assigned buildings and property systems
- Complete preventative maintenance, including furnace filter replacements and unit inspections
- Assist with coordinating outside contractors and vendors
- Maintain appropriate inventory of maintenance supplies
- Inspect property grounds and identify needed repairs
- Provide emergency maintenance services as required
- Complete daily property upkeep, including trash pickup
- Document inspections and maintenance activities
- Notify the Property Manager of unusual conditions, damages, or other concerns
- Assist with special projects and other maintenance duties as assigned
