Location: St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador
Job Type: Permanent Part Time - 12/16 hours a week
Schedule: 3/4 days per week. Mostly between the hours of 5:00pm and 9:00pm.

We are currently looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Inspector to join our growing operations team.

The Inspector plays a key role in maintaining our cleaning standards and ensuring client satisfaction. This position involves conducting site inspections, supporting cleaning staff, addressing quality concerns, and helping ensure all facilities meet Service Master Clean standards.

• Conduct regular inspections of commercial cleaning sites
• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to company and client standards
• Identify deficiencies and follow up with corrective actions
• Communicate with cleaning staff and supervisors regarding performance expectations
• Complete inspection reports and maintain accurate records
• Respond to client concerns and help resolve issues promptly
• Assist with training and coaching team members when needed
• Monitor supply levels and report inventory needs
• Support management with quality assurance initiatives

• Previous experience in janitorial, custodial, or facility services preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations
• MUST have a valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle
• Basic computer and mobile reporting skills

• Rate of pay will be in line with experience - Range $20.00 to $23.00
