SBM Management Services, LP seeks a Floor Technician to perform floor care including waxing, stripping, buffing, and maintenance of tile, carpet, and brick floors. You will operate motorized cleaning equipment, follow safety procedures, and maintain daily upkeep of assigned areas.
The role requires minimal education with 6 months to 1 year experience preferred, and may require forklift certification. Evening shifts Mon-Fri 5:00pm-1:30am with competitive hourly pay and SBM benefits.
