Janitor (Full Time

Job Summary

We have an opening for a full‑time JANITOR at Nestle, 150 Oak Grove, Mount Sterling, KY 40353. This role involves maintaining cleanliness and safety in the facility.

Fixed Pay Rate: $15.43 per hour.

• Collect and dispose of trash following approved procedures and infection control plans.
• Dust and mop floors following approved procedures.
• Move equipment and furniture as necessary and return to proper placement.
• Clean assigned areas using approved materials and equipment; sanitize all surfaces following the eight‑step cleaning procedure.
• Wash walls, windows, furniture, baseboards, and other items to maintain a clean, safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
• Seek out areas requiring cleaning; take initiative to complete the task.
• Complete all tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Perform tasks in compliance with all federal, state, and county guidelines.
• Strip, scrub, buff, and refinish floors; shampoo carpet.
• Contribute to the team; exhibit professionalism with customers, colleagues, and others.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Cleaning and janitorial experience required. Ability to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to meet open‑availability schedule.
