Weinstein Properties is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor for the Charlotte, NC area. You will lead a maintenance team on a 302-unit property, overseeing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repairs to maximize occupancy and deliver quality service.
Qualified candidates have 4+ years in trades, at least 1 year in a supervisory role, and EPA/CFC certification. A valid driver's license and ability to work a rotating on-call schedule are required.
