Position: Laborer / Aircraft Cleaning & Facility Support NEW
Location: Northern

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Laborer / Aircraft Cleaning & Facility Support professional to support aircraft cleaning, detailing, facility housekeeping, material handling, and general labor activities. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in an aircraft/hangar environment, following detailed procedures, maintaining high cleanliness standards, handling supplies and equipment, and supporting maintenance and production activities as needed.

This position requires strong attention to detail, a professional attitude, physical stamina, and a commitment to safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities Aircraft Cleaning & Detailing
  • Perform thorough interior cleaning of company aircraft before each departure.
  • Vacuum carpets and flooring and clean and sanitize lavatories.
  • Wipe and disinfect cabin surfaces, tables, cabinetry, windows, mirrors, and other interior areas.
  • Empty trash and replace liners.
  • Dust vents, ledges, and other cabin components.
  • Clean and detail aircraft exteriors as required.
  • Wash aircraft according to approved procedures.
  • Clean windows, landing gear, wheels, and approved exterior surfaces.
  • Remove bugs, dirt, and other contaminants from approved aircraft surfaces.
  • Assist with aircraft polishing and appearance projects when required.
  • Prepare aircraft cabins to company presentation standards before passenger arrival.
Commissary & Passenger Support
  • Stock and replenish aircraft commissary supplies, including beverages, snacks, catering supplies, ice, paper products, coffee supplies, and passenger amenities.
  • Verify commissary inventory and notify management of items requiring replenishment.
  • Ensure cabin equipment, safety equipment, and passenger amenities are properly organized and secured.
  • Provide courteous and professional support to flight crews and passengers when required.
General Labor & Facility Support
  • Receive assignments and direction from the Foreman, General Foreman, or designated supervisor.
  • Read and follow work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
  • Move materials, tools, and equipment to designated work locations.
  • Assist with work-site preparation, cleanup, and housekeeping activities.
  • Support routine facility, plant, turnaround, and maintenance-related activities as assigned.
  • Assist maintenance personnel with non-maintenance support tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness of hangars, cleaning equipment, storage areas, and commissary spaces.
  • Complete required records and maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
  • Report cabin discrepancies, aircraft damage, equipment issues, or supply shortages to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Perform other duties and activities as directed by management.
Safety & Compliance
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and work instructions.
  • Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Properly operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools.
  • Use only approved aircraft cleaning chemicals and follow manufacturer-approved cleaning practices.
  • Follow procedures designed to prevent aircraft damage and protect passengers, employees, and equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in general labor, aircraft cleaning, aircraft detailing, janitorial services, facility maintenance, or a similar environment is preferred.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established procedures.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
  • Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment and hand tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a hangar, industrial, or aircraft environment.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Ability to perform physical duties, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, reaching, and moving materials and equipment.
  • Must be safety-conscious and reliable.
