We are hiring for Residence Life Student Facilities Assistants Team for Fall 2026.
Position Title Student StatusStudent Status Work Study Optional –You are not required to be a Federal Work Study Recipient to hold this position.

Description of Primary Duties Custodial- Clean buildings, furnishings, carpet and upholstery within assigned areas to include dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, etc.
- Trash and recycling removal
- Use the proper cleaning agent for each assigned task
- Assist with cleaning outdoor areas such as loading docks, verandas, etc.
- Other duties, as assigned
- Assist with delivery of supplies or equipment using hand trucks, carts, or University vehicles
- Move, assemble, and set-up furniture in student rooms, lounges, offices, and other areas
- Arrange and coordinate furniture placement to best utilize space in rooms and in storage
- Assist with inventory review and documentation
- Pack and store student belongings due to improper check-out or lost and found
- Other duties, as assigned
- Good Communication, public relations, and customer service skills
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license (Moving Crew)
- Must be detail-oriented, punctual, dependable, and able to work independently
- Must be able to read, write, and understand English sufficiently enough to understand verbal and written instruction
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, push, pull, bend, stoop, stand for long periods of time, and climb ladders/stairs
- Ability to work as a team
- Prioritize time and tasks to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner
