Location: Northern
Clinton Management is seeking a Porter for one of our Manhattan properties. The role involves cleaning common areas and vacant apartments, maintaining exterior areas, and sorting trash.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4pm and OFF:
Saturday & Sunday.
Location:
509 W 48th St New York, NY 10036. Essential duties include salt and shovel snow during inclement weather and some minor handyman work such as changing light bulbs, replacing blinds, and small paint touch-up jobs.
