General Laborer

The main duties of this position is to clean the loading docks, restacking pallets on trailers, sweep out trailers and other tasks that are assigned. Employees must be able to use personal safety equipment while working in a manufacturing environment that includes moving machinery, fast paced forklift traffic, machine noise, and a work environment that will vary depending on the time of year.

• Ensures the loading dock is clean
• Help with the unloading process of trailers (restack pallets, pick up wood material, etc.)
• Sweep out and clean trailers
• Other tasks that are assigned

• Frequent lifting and bending of nothing more than 40 lbs.
• Ability of standing and walk for extended periods of time.

• The work environment consists of occasional extreme temperature shifts ranging from very cold to very hot.
• Exposure to dust and loud noise (hearing protection is provided).
• Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moving forklifts.

• Monday - Friday 7am until at least 5pm sometimes later, sometimes earlier
