This role focuses on preparing vacant apartments for new residents, performing make-ready repairs, punch lists, minor maintenance, and fixture replacement to meet company standards before move-in.
You will inspect units, patch drywall, paint touch-ups, prep appliances, replace HVAC filters, and ensure doors and fixtures operate properly.
