• Supervise Housekeeping Team – Lead, train, and motivate the housekeeping staff to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
• Manage Housekeeping Operations – Oversee daily cleaning schedules, inventory control, and ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked.
• Ensure Compliance – Adhere to safety, sanitation, and infection control policies and regulations.
• Develop Cleaning Procedures – Implement and maintain effective cleaning protocols, ensuring a safe and hygienic environment for residents.
• Inspect & Monitor Cleaning Standards – Conduct regular inspections of resident rooms, common areas, and work spaces to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Coordinate with Other Departments – Collaborate with other teams, including nursing and administration, to maintain a high-quality living environment for residents.
• Provide Reports – Maintain accurate records of cleaning activities, inventory, and staff performance.

• Previous Experience in Housekeeping or Environmental Services Management (Preferred).
