Job Description:
Performs physical labor for the Town of Lauderdale-By-The-Sea (LBTS) to maintain the aesthetic appeal and ensure a safe environment for both residents and visitors. Duties include a variety of landscaping and ground maintenance tasks on Town property and roadways, as well as janitorial responsibilities.
Work assignments consist of routine maintenance, variable daily tasks, and special projects. The position also requires responding to traffic incidents and natural emergencies as needed.
Minimum Salary: $38,000, Maximum Salary: $58,000 Depening On Qualifications (DOQ).
