Village Powersports is currently seeking a Service Technician Apprentice. The Apprentice Technician learns to perform maintenance and repair work in accordance with dealership and factory quality standards and procedures to obtain the highest in customer satisfaction. • Performs routine services including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacement, and checking and topping off of all fluids in a timely manner
• Performs accurate and quality inspections in quarter time
• Works and stays productive in a team atmosphere
• Performs other duties as assigned

• A working knowledge of powersports
• Must have at least 1 year of dealership experience (anything less will not be considered)
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift and carry 50lbs
• High school diploma or GED required
• Good communication, customer service, and problem solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress
• Highly professional and dependable
• Safety and customer service oriented
• Basic computer and internet skills
• Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed
• Excellent work history

Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days. The plan includes:
