Cambridge Management, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the on-site maintenance team and oversee all property upkeep at the Jefferson City community. You will ensure repairs, make-readies, and preventative maintenance meet safety and quality standards.
The role requires diagnosing issues in electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, coordinating repairs, and mentoring maintenance staff. A high school diploma and CAMT/ EPA certs are preferred; industry software experience is a plus.
