This position requires exemplary character and integrity be exhibited while carrying out the duties of this position. Candidates must be self motivated and service oriented.

• Cleaning areas as assigned to include common areas, laundry room, restrooms, etc. of the facility
• Sweep, mop, vacuum hallways, stairs, and clean office spaces
• Trash removal
• Setting up rooms for functions, activities and meetings as well as taking down for clean up of area after activities.
• Cleaning apartments.
• Assist with apartment turnovers.
• Other duties as assigned

High School Diploma/GED maintenance background, leadership and motivational skills. Working knowledge of most aspects of commercial and residential maintenance.

Great customer service skills, Commercial Housekeeping experience helpful.

This position requires an individual to perform services based on the specific need of the building on a daily basis
