The City of Waynesboro Parks & Recreation is looking for a Parks Maintenance Technician to help keep our parks, playgrounds, trails, athletic fields, and recreation facilities looking their best.
We're looking for someone who:- Enjoys working with their hands
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Has experience with landscaping, equipment operation, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, or general maintenance
- Is dependable, safety-minded, and ready to work outdoors in all seasons
- Works well as part of a team and is always willing to lend a hand
- Takes pride in making a positive impact on the community every day
- Every day is different—from maintaining athletic fields and repairing playgrounds to improving parks where families gather and memories are made.
Starting salary is $46,757, commensurate with work experience.
