Field Crew Technician

Run commercial-grade equipment on paid routes Monday through Thursday, then deliver a free property rescue for an Austin senior or veteran every Friday.

You are the hands of both engines. Four days a week you deliver premium yard care to paying residential and commercial clients. On Fridays the whole crew turns to a nominated household and restores a property at no cost to the family.

Your Friday work keeps low-income seniors and disabled veterans out of code violations and protects them from fines and displacement.

Monday-Thursday paid commercial and residential routes;
Friday dedicated community relief cleanups.

• Execute daily route stops safely and on schedule
• Operate commercial mowers and professional gas hand tools
• Document before/after photo evidence at every stop
• Communicate respectfully with senior and veteran households
• Maintain the truck, trailer, and equipment inventory

• Valid Texas driver license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in Central Texas heat
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
• Veterans strongly encouraged to apply

• $24-$28 per hour depending on experience
